About the site.

why did you start the site?

well, because i thought people should have a way to express their thoughts or feelings (either good or bad) about things they value, or stuffs that interests them. well in this particular case, that’s KPop (i am a fan myself). i don’t really intend to offend anyone (if that’s the reason you’re asking this question), it just so happened that most of people’s secrets are negative (in away or another). i mean, that’s why you keep it as a secret in the first place. not everyone would understand what’s inside your head everytime. i have secrets myself, and i feel good whenever i am able to let it out (to my friends usually). most of these people who posts their secrets up might just not be prepared to face the consequences of voicing out, so they stay anonymous. i just thought they’re needed to be given the freedom to say anything they want, without the tomatoes thrown on their faces.

why did you particularly choose kpop? why not jpop or cpop?

why kpop? well because it’s my current addiction, just like millions of other fangirls in the world. and personally, i can relate to some of the secrets posted in this site. i’ve been a fan of jpop (too) for some time now, but i’m on hiatus from all my Arashi and NEWS and Hey! Say!.. i never really liked cpop though =/

is this a blog for haters? shouldn’t there be a certain line of appropriateness for these?

no. this blog isn’t for haters.

it just so happened that most of the secrets posted in here are negative in some ways. i mean, negative criticism isn’t always welcome to be said out loud, thus, it becomes a secret of some sort. other people may be offended by the secrets posted in this site (and curse at the person who made them), but that’s just how it rolls. they give their opinions, and you give yours. these people who post secrets stays anonymous anyway. people can’t hunt them down and burn their asses. that’s the beauty in it.

now, on your second question. yes, there is a certain line of `appropriateness` that i consider whenever i post secrets. my standard is just not as high as most people’s. i do accept secrets in the lines of “hate & rage” and “hidden desires”.. if that makes sense. if people can’t stand that, the unfollow button is always there. or better yet, not follow at all. i respect your opinions, you respect mine.

is there an order in which the pics are queued?

first come first serve basis.

it seems you are doing a lil bit editing on the secrets, is it true? if yes, for what purposes?

no no, i never edit them. i just add tags to the submission because i tend to be OC when it comes to these stuffs. it’s simply done for organization :)

Do the admins make the secrets posted here?

No,secrets are not made by us. The admins are only in charge of posting up the secrets submitted by anonymous people.

it’s an internet slang for “awesome”.

why do kpop artists/groups like to release repackaged albums?

i don’t exactly know why kpop artists release repackaged albums but i think it has something to do with sales. i mean, is there any other reason? i think record companies (as what you’ve said) are after the money. or maybe because of the promotion period? i’m not sure. sorry i can’t help with these kinds of stuff.. i’m not as business minded as i thought!

is it really true that some kpop idols have their twitter account??

what exactly happened to DBSK?

DBSK and SME are throwing lawsuits at each other. Cassies are sad and disappointed because they could potentially break up any minute now.

Chun Sang Ji Hee. they’re a girl group under SM Entertainment.

what is “CARTEL”? and what happened?

it’s a union of three fanclubs namely CAssieopeia (DBSK), TRiple S (SS501), ELF (Super Junior) to do a “blackout” during SNSD’s performance. it’s started during the 2008 Dream Concert.

What are APPLERS?

they are DARAGON (Dara & G-Dragon) shippers. they’re called Applers because of Dara’s apple hairstyle and GD’s Apple concept for his Heartbreaker album.
