How to add text in a photo

This is one of the easiest ways on how you may add text in your photo secret submissions.

Step 1: Open the photo using Paint. I believe this is available to all Windows-based OS users. Just click on Start -> All Programs -> Accesories -> Paint. Or, right click on the photo file and put your cursor over “Open With..” and select “Paint”.

Step 2: Once you’ve opened the file, click on the “A” symbol at the sidebar, that is the text function, then click on the area in the photo where you want to write the text and you may now start typing.

Please always choose the “transparent background” option (as seen in the photo) so your photo will still be seen. You may also change the text color by highlighting the text and picking the desired text color in the panel below.

Step 3: Once you’re done, you may now save the file. For you not to overwrite the file, i suggest you save it using a different file name. Just click on File (which can be seen at the upper left side of the window) -> Save As.. then type in a new file name and save.

Step 4: Now you are ready to submit your photo secret! Here’s our finish product:

I hope this tutorial helped you on how to add text secret to photos. We hope to receive more photo secrets from you!! :D
