No matter how much I try, I still don’t find Taecyeon appealing…

I use to be somewhat of a fan of 2pm back when they did that idol show and the “Hot Blood” (?) show long time ago. I did like 2pm’s songs and even followed them for awhile. But during that time I was a fan, I never found anything interesting about Taec (except the fact that his family goes to my friend’s aunt’s church in New Hampshire and he visited one time while she was there). My attention was mainly on Jay and Khun and sometimes the others would catch my interest except Taec. I was actually kinda creeped out by some of his facial expressions and his goofiness just didn’t do much at all for me. Honestly, he was(and still is) to me, very awkward looking when performing and the whole fuss over his “sexy” body is kinda ridiculous. I don’t think he’s a rapper at all, his dancing comes off awkward to me most of the time, and I don’t think his body is drool worthy or even that great. The whole shirt ripping thing really doesn’t appeal to me anything other than the image of a male stripper (whether he’s told to do it or not in performances, the group/him do it way too much that it’s all I think of). If anything, he should be a model than a performer/artist in my opinion.

After the whole Jay fiasco, I still gave 2pm a chance and listened to their 1:59 album, I even liked a few songs. But even then, I still couldn’t find anything that I like about him. Honestly, he irks me in a way where I can’t stand looking at him for more than a minute and I don’t know why. Even this day every article, picture, gif, etc that has him in it, I just can’t look at it. I really tried but nothing changed. I eventually lost interest in the whole group and stopped listening to their music.

Now before people start going nuts and get mad, I’m not saying I hate Taec or I’m an anti, I just don’t find anything appealing about him. I’m sure he had worked hard training to get to where he is and all like all idols and I respect that, but everything about him is boring and him acting cute or being beastly just downright makes me cringe. His appearance just doesn’t suit either one of those things….he’s just average tall tan guy with an alright body to me.

s/b!: I really don’t know where else I can vent this out since I have friends who are 2pm fans and like him a lot.

s/b!2: Those friends would think that I just don’t like him because he’s always linked to my favorite girl group and that because of it I’m jealous when I actually could care less about things like that
